职位描述：
1. A senior engineer will act as lead process engineer on new investing capital project in China on process function. The candidate will be responsible for process engineering function from detail design, construction till commissioning, start-up and future plant routine operation.
2. Work closely with external local design institute and EPCm Company, supervise the engineering work of pharmaceutical process and process related engineers from external design company involved on process discipline function and ensuring that resources are used productively.
3. Fully understand the pharmaceutical liquid filling and solid handling process technology and ensure the new process be implemented into the project. Ensure all process information flow within the project is well organized and controlled, internally and externally.
4. Owner of key process engineering deliverables. Such as PFD, P&ID, Equipment list, process datasheet, line list, process description, special item list, safety valve list, etc.
5. Owner of key project calculations and equipment selection, such as, pharmaceutical process equipment selection, heat exchanger calculation, sizing of clean utility capacity and pipe size, safety valve scenario and calculation, etc.
6. Own and ensure new technology transfer from overseas plant to China new build plant.
7. Own and lead GMP review both of SFDA regulatory and internal review..
8. Host/facilitate key project process related review, such as P&ID review, PHA/HAZOP review, etc.
9. Participate internal engineering review, such as EHS review, loss prevention review, plot plan review, equipment layout review, process optimization and model review, and make sure these design meet process requirement
10. In charge of the process information input for all permitting report preparation, participate external review with local authority, such as EIA, SPA, OHA, etc.
11. Manage and track design information input to other disciplines, such as P&ID, equipment list & layout, process datasheet, load list, etc.
12. Cross check and manager the interface & communication with other disciplines, such as piping, mechanical, static & rotary equipment, instrument, etc.
13. Support project control function for providing discipline progress e.g. equipment shop drawing, automation function design specification.
14. Support project procurement on process equipment, such as review tendering document, preparing technical related part of SOW, participating bid evaluation, etc.
15. Field engineering and site construction support, such as review and approve design change notice related to process discipline.
16. Ensure all process detail design work is checked, and corrected as necessary, ready for approval.
17. Provide on job training and mentoring for less experienced engineers on a wide range of process design topics.
18. Organise process engineering work so that external engineering firm can meet deadlines according to project schedules, yet have some flexibility to respond to unforeseen engineering situations.
19. Lead the technical review and communication with process equipment supplier, ensure all questions are answered and shop drawing are reviewed on time.
20. Lead the process engineering input during the project HAZOP review, ensuring all actions are followed and documented.
21. Liaise with other engineering disciplines to agree the communication of technical details. Take the initiative in resolving interface problems. Identify areas where work processes could be developed or improved, and assist in implementing changes.
22. As part of commissioning team member, lead plant process discipline work of commissioning, start up and performance testing at site.
23. Control the man-hours incurred on projects during commissioning, start-up stage for all process related work.
24. Make proposals for the preparation or modification of standards, specifications, work practices, SOP, training materials etc. to reduce project costs and improve execution.
25. Contribute to the interviewing and selection of engineers for the plant commissioning and routine operation.
岗位要求：
1. Fluent in English both of verbal and written and has worked for international pharmaceutical or engineering company no less than 6 years.
2. Shall be chartered process engineer in China with senior engineer level
3. Must have hands on secondary pharmaceutical process design experience from large pharmaceutical design company of minimum 8 years.
4. Need to have good experience and knowledge of typical secondary pharmaceutical process equipment e.g. filling line, autoclave, packaging line, IBC handling, dispensary, and media preparation system.
5. Strong experience in design tools. (AutoCAD, Microstation, PDS/PDMS)
6. Must have worked in multi-cultural environment international standard chemical capital project before.
7. Must be open minded, innovative, self-motivating, have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision, whilst ensuring high quality of work.
8. Must have proven ability as senior or lead process engineer as shown by the successful completion of large capital projects within budgeted man-hours, and to schedule
9. Should have a good knowledge of company engineering procedures, standards and specifications, including knowledge of high process safety and EH&S requirement.
10. Must have good experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment and system e.g. liquid filling line, IBC powder handing, autoclave, packaging line and clean utility.
11. Should also have experience in the new process technologies introduction to China.
12. Should have an understanding of all aspects of process design in the typical secondary pharmaceutical process, and relevant process design methods for process equipment and clean utility.
13. Must be familiar with the Global and local engineering firm, the function of each discipline, how they interact and the function of the various support groups.
14. Must be able to undertake supervision of less experienced engineering personnel.
15. Should have appreciation of the development of man-hours estimates and equipment costs.
16. Lead the process engineering input during the project HAZOP review, ensuring all actions are followed and documented.
17. Liaise with other engineering disciplines to agree the communication of technical details. Take the initiative in resolving interface problems. Identify areas where work processes could be developed or improved, and assist in implementing changes.
