职位描述：
- Visit and audit Sales and Distributor to ensure process compliance and drive savings for the company
- 拜访和审核销售和经销商，确保流程合规，优化经销商促销费用
- Inspection Execution: Complete inspection tasks assigned by Regional Inspection Manager;
- 完成区域稽查经理安排的稽查项目
- Inspection Reporting: Prepare inspection report and present to Regional Inspection Lead and Head of Internal Control
- 撰写稽查报告，并向区域稽查经理和内控总监汇报
- Key Issue follow-up
- 跟踪处理关键问题
- Communicate with local sales and distributor to settle disputes
- 与当地销售和经销商进行沟通以处理争议

Job requirements 工作要求：
- Bachelor degree and above;
- 本科及以上
- FMCG working experience is a must;
- 具备在快速消费品行业的工作经验
- Fundamental English writing skill;
- 具备基础的英语书面交流能力
- Sales process knowledge required; Finance knowledge is advantage;
- 了解销售流程，熟悉财务者优先
- Sales and marketing related inspection experience in FMCG company is advantage;
- 具备快速消费品行业稽查工作经历者优先
- Strong analytical skills;
- 优秀的分析洞察能力
- Good communication skills;
- 优秀的交流能力
- Strong ownership and can think out of box;
- 强烈的主人翁意识，有创造性思维
- Travel rate up to 60% based on business needs;
- 出差率基于工作需要可达60%
- The working location can be based either in Shanghai, Guangzhou or Beijing
