职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：
1)Daily/monthly report of Logistics including undelivered order/RDD&OTIF/Inventory status…
2)Review the system freight details collected from each plant and DC then break down cost for finance team;
3)Review and sort out the accrual of logistics cost collected from each plant and DC;
4)IT system maintenance including destination/lane freight/Internal transfer relationship…
5)Freight payment application in OA system and payment related issue follow up;
6)Saving initiatives related work including Saving calculation/Weekly review meeting with APCA team/Update global system/Annual saving budget and deviation analysis;
7)Data analysis to assist managerial decision making like Transport route simplification/Cost reduction/Logistics process improvement/ Supply network designing…
8)Venders’ KPI collecting from plants/DCs for KPI review and improvement;
9)Logistics support & transport yearly budgeting making and maintaining in the budget tool system;
10)Coordination among plant logistics function and other central departments;
11Other reports/special issues/audits/temporary request


Job Requirement:
1）University degree in Logistics management/Finance/Information management or relevant field.
2）Fluent in English – be able to communicate in good oral and written English.
3）Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel data processing.
4）Flexibility and with patience for dealing with rapid change.
5）Highly organized and self-motivated. Be able to work independently and interdependently.
