职位描述：
岗位职责
-Be i***olved in junior to mid-level positions
-Build up lists of target companies and candidates
-Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from recruiter
-Present the profile to the recruiter to further justify the candidates
-Support recruiter in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates, and arrange face-to-face interviews
-I***olved in the face-to-face job briefing with recruiter
-Follow the company process and procedure to get the work done.

岗位要求
本科以上学历
1年猎头/RPO工作经验
良好的英文听说读写能力
良好的沟通能力
