Purpose of the role
How it supports Operation’s vision, mission and strategy
Support the Strategic Project Office with delivery of the Programme Map.

Manage delivery of projects following basic Project Management principles.

Support the development and delivery of regular and ad-hoc management reports

? Assist the Executive team with any project that has been deemed as strategic and/or important to PPS by the Executive team

Supplier Management

Operational
80% Strategic Project Support
? Collaborate on early drafts of Strategic Project plans, project mapping and scoping
? Complete measure and analyse section of project delivery
? Support the management of implementation plans within agreed timelines and budget
? Monitor control compliance when closing a project
Management Report
? Obtain and compile data in collaboration with BI team to support Management Report delivery
? Analyse data to offer rational interpretations
? Compile Management report presentations
Project Ownership
? Opportunity to drive self-contained initiatives within the Programme Map
? Define the purpose and measurable for success
? Support the success KPI by obtaining measurable data
? Manage the implementation plan
? Ensure sustainability of the Initiative
Business Intelligence
? Support the Business Intelligence team where needed
? Manage stakeholders to support the Business Intelligence Team in obtaining data or resolving issues
? Working with the Business Intelligence team to share the reporting needs of the wider PGS group Project Timelines

EXPERIENCE 1-3 Years QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION Prince / Lean 6 Sigma
KNOW-HOW (SKILLS) Intermediate Project Management
Effective Meeting Management
Proficiency in PC skills and analysis tools including MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Microsoft Project will be an advantage.
