职位描述：
Responsibilities:工作职责
1. Understand related customer requirements along with the standard of the product which are exported into the country and/or region.
了解客户需求以及产品出口国家或地区的相关标准。
2. Perform inspection & testing on parts, components and final products to verify if they meet the safety, functional and aesthetic requirement defined by company.
对零部件和最终产品进行检验和测试，核实产品是否满足安全、功能和外观等公司设定的要求。
3. Issue accurate inspection report to related parties in time, help identify systemic quality problems among the abnormal findings.
及时给相关方提交准确的检验报告，从发现的异常中帮助识别系统性质量问题。
4. Work with internal team and factory to smooth product design and sample preparation process.
与公司内部团队和工厂合作，改善产品设计和样品加工流程。
5. Monitor production process and communicate any production problems to team, to minimize shipment delay and quality issue.
监控生产过程，及时与团队沟通发现的问题，以减少出货延迟和质量问题。
6. Work with co-workers to investigate the cause & impact of product quality in case of negative issues (inspection or test failure, and/or customer complaint) and assist to work out contingent and improving plan.
与同事协作，就产品的检验或测试失败、客户投诉等事件调查原因和影响，协助制定应急和改善计划
7. Collect and analyze quality issues and push suppliers to do improvement.
收集并分析异常质量问题，并推动供应商改善。
8. Other tasks are assigned by superior.
上级交办的其他事务。


Qualifications: 任职资格
1. Mechanical Engineering, Trading or other related discipline.
 机械工程、贸易等相关专业
2. More than 2 years working experience of outdoor wooden playhouse in quality control or production management experience, and with basic knowledge in process control.
2年以上的户外木制游戏屋质量管理或生产管理工作经验，并具有基础的过程控制知识
3. At least 2 years working experience as QC team leader.
至少2年以上QC组长工作经验
4. Be familiar with ISO9000 quality management system.
熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系

In 2010, it established Solowave International Commercial, a WFOE based in China, a manufacturer and distributor of residential backyard play-systems and outdoor fencing products. The company uses products manufactured in a many different supply chains, both domestically and internationally. The finished goods are shipped to the customers from its manufacturing facility in Mount Forest Ontario as well as from a 3rd party warehouse in the Buffalo area and also from a warehouse in Fuzhou, China.
