Qualitative & Quantitative SPECIFIC MEASURES / INDICATORS / TARGETS / SOURCES OF FEEDBACK
1. Customer 10% ? Provide prompt feedback to customer and answer the queries about the status - Feedback from customers’ Technology Team
2. Supplier management ? N/A
3. Operational 80% ? Receive the parcel and distributes the samples to QC for checking
? Keeping and control samples
? Checking if necessary documents are included before the process
? Checking reports from QC and save
? Filing the necessary report
? Sending the daily report & weekly replenishment report
? Record daily workload data and update to system - Feedback from merchandiser Team
4. Product ? N/A ?
5. Finance – Managed 5% ? Check monthly travel expense of QC team ?
6. People.
5% ? Verify the inspection schedule with supplier ? Supplier’s merchandiser team
Job incumbent requirements EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, ORGANISATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
EXPERIENCE 2 years relevant experience preferably gained in garment retail industry. QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION University graduate
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Proficiency in PC software applications eg. MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
