Main Duty:

· Capture New Order data from Merchandise onto an excel sheet on daily basis.

Other Duties:

· Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal parties for information/documents, comments and/or approval.
- Urge factories to provide missing information or documentation
- Obtain quotations from factories
- Communicate customers' requirements or comments on samples to factories

· Coordinate sample submission to customers for approval.
- Pack and send samples
- Take photos of samples

· Record order details in company's systems for documentation, coordination, review and analysis
- Input order details in system
- Print Purchase Memo (PM)
- Generate miscellaneous reports

· Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Filing
- Photo copying

· Assist in maintaining strong business relationships with vendors for production
- Maintain strong business relationships with factories through regular contacts

· Perform other duties as assigned by Management
