PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Legal Compliance and Integrity Office (LCIO) is responsible for developing and operating SAP Compliance programs, including support for the SAP Code of Business Conduct and related compliance practices and policies. The LCIO focus on FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other applicable bribery and corruption laws, competition and export controls regulations.
The Investigation and Anti-Corruption Team as part of the LCIO is responsible for executing investigations, finding and reporting facts for potential non-compliance cases.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The T&E Investigator will be expected to take ownership in managing and conducting Travel and Entertainment (T&E) analyses, focused on compliance of SAP’s travel policies and its Code of Business Conduct and supporting T&E investigations.
His/her key responsibilities will be:
· Is responsible for delivery of assigned T&E analyses, T&E continuous monitoring tasks, and T&E project tasks
· Supports T&E investigations
· Accomplishes more straightforward tasks without assistance
· Provides administrative support.
· Resolves issues with limited complexity
· Develops collaborative work relationships within own team and within limited scope cross-functional
· Communicates within works assignment clearly and in a timely manner
Serves as trusted advisor and functional peer to other teams at the organization, in particular, to the GFSS T&E Auditing teams.Assist investigations of all nature when necessary
He/she may work on company policies and procedural change and liaise with multiple areas to align compliance Policies.
The position reports to the Global Compliance Officer, Head of Investigations and Anti-Corruption and enjoys exposure within the business.
