职位描述：
JD:
- Follow up the on time and accurate delivery on all the purchase orders.
- Ensure proper day to day operations on in-bound process with customs broker , 3PL as well as the SAP system operation
- Ensure the importation customs declaration and sanitary certificate will be executed on a timely and accurate basis.
- 3PL management with focus on the stock management and other relevant KPIs.
- Work with QA, marketing teams on stock management of defective stock, slow moving stock and follow up the action plan for depletion closely.


Key Responsibilities:
1. PO follow up
- Follow up the delivery schedule against the PO delivery request, and ensure all the order has been delivered on a timely basis with complete quantity.
- Raise the complaint on any cases of damaged, shortage, defective upon goods arrival
- Update the shipment track report based on SAP and forward shipment report.

2. In bound process
- Work with customs broker closely for on time customs declaration and delivery
- Work with 3PL on the timely goods receipt and in-bound report presentation, and continuous improvements on documentation accuracy.
- Raise the complaints to vendor on any damaged, shortage, and defective stock upon goods arrival.
- To do SAP system operation on in bound goods receipt and double check the EDI transmission report (IDOC daily report), to ensure system goods receipt is in line with 3PL record.

3. Importation process
- Work with customs broker closely for on time customs declaration and arrange duty payment
- Follow up on the sanitary certificate availability and make it well filed for record
- Review the monthly KPI with customs broker to ensure all the operation is managed in a proper way and work out the correction / improvement plan if any.


4. 3PL management
- Work with 3PL closely on the SOP execution with WMS system, and work out the improvement plan if any.
- Monthly stock reconciliation with 3PL stock as well as 3PL stock with customs data.
- KPI review and follow up on action plan,

5. Stock management
- Monthly stock update on defect stock, slow mover with coloration with QA colleagues.
- Follow up the action plan on depletion with sales, marketing team closely.


Requirements:
- Education：
College degree
- Language Skills：
Good spoken and written Chinese & English
- Professional Experience ：
? 3+ years in logistics functions with FMCG, preferably in food/beverage with I/E and co-packing operations
? Good understanding of PRC I/E requirements, Customs clearance and CIQ processes
? Experience in handling operations through 3PLs
- Others:
? Good skills in operations through 3PLs
? Good organization and planning skills for workflow and ad hoc activities
? Ability to handle ad hoc situations and unexpected crises
? Good organization and analytical capabilities
? Good interpersonal skills
