Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for T1 order issue which covers processing the orders, completing the SAP system and arranging the delivery.
2. Arrange outbound logistics activities and ensure the quality delivery of the goods. Take action to solve the transportation issue if it happens.
3.Arrange cargo replenishment and the compensation immediately when facing the bottle or package material damage issues caused by local transportation.
4. Integrate and check the POD monthly.
5. Evaluate performance of LFL including outbound activities,co-packing,related reports and re-export operations regularly.
6. Update the shipment tracking report once we received the new orders. Daily Update the outbound data check once the goods are delivered.
7. Provide the traceability information for the monthly parallel /CRT (South report from sales team.
8. Execute re-export operations and check the stock of the order monthly.
9. Apply age certificate for export HK goods.
10. Calling T1 consignee for the feedback about the transportation issue regularly.
11. Participate in the annual inventory check and stock-take.
12. Update shipping schedule weekly.
13. Check the data of the export declaration documents.
14. Prepare materials such as delivery POD,co-pack order,outbound report ,track report and related mail for auditing.
15. Arrange the monthly scraping according to QA scrapping report, completing the SAP system.
16. Arrange the shipment of QA order according to their request, complete the SAP system.
Requirements:
1. College or above
2. Skilled in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoints
3. Fluent English
4. 1-2 years work experience for logistics department.
