职位描述：
? Manage MD’s calendar
负责高层领导的日程安排
? Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences
为领导协调会议时间
? Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
负责会议议程和时间安排
? Transcribe internal communication materials
改编内部通讯材料
? Manage MD’s travel arrangements
管理高管的出差安排
? Prepare and maintain MD’s reimbursement reports
负责高管的报销流程
? Provide logistic & administrative supports to overseas visitor, include but not limited to: obtain invitation letter from local governmental office to facilitate visitors’ China visa application, arrange ground transfer & accommodation during their stay in China, help to solve issues they might encounter in China etc.
为国外访问者提供行政支持，包括但不限于帮助访问者申请办理中国签证，安排交通和住宿，帮助解决可能遇到的问题
? Manage the company’s monthly air tickets expense report
负责公司每月的机票支出报告
? Provide administrative support to the management team
给高层管理者提供支持
? Organize / coordinate project-based work
组织/协调项目工作
? Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement：
Bachelor Degree, with experience of administrative supports
本科及以上学历，有行政相关经验
? Proactive, detailed oriented, reliable and honest
注重细节，可靠诚信
? Strong interpersonal skills;
优秀的人际交往能力
? Independent and mature personality with strong commitment in excellence;
独立成熟的性格
? Ability to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
能够同时负责多任务，能够承担高压工作
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
