Service description:
?The project purpose is to follow up 3R urgent orders and ensure parts availability for emergency cases, to optimize processes and increase customers satisfaction and decreasing potential loss.
?The project service provider is to create, integrate and optimize parts logistics required reports of Parts Service, RDC and Local Parts teams.
?Dealers' 3R order ratio analysis, monitor dealer performance.
?Warranty parts analysis for reference of management's decision.
?Collect various reports from different teams. Align, integrate and optimize parts logistics reports, to fulfill the business needs.
Service provider is required to have below qualification:
?University degree in logistics, international trade, economics, or business administration.
?Strong skill on planning and data analysis, competency to find out hidden or deeper reasons.
?Knowledge of automotive industry and supply chain knowledge.
?Good team work spirit and good communication skills.
?Skilled application in MS office, data analysis and SAP operation experience.
?Proficient English both in oral and written.
?Experience of service provider management, experience in multinational culture is preferred.
