职位描述：
? Maintain partnership with peers in alternate HR Services capability centers, to ensure global standards are applied across all performance management processes
? Create, maintain, produce, and distribute information and management reports related to contact center telephony and case management process performance
? Coordinate contact center process performer quality monitor reporting
? Monitor and verify integrity and completeness of performance data collected; review with management before distributing to the others
? Prepare analytics and performance reports on a regular and ad hoc basis, as requested
? Build and maintain dashboard and data visualizations to allow for servicing analytics to keep track of team performance
? Use contact volumes and performance measurements to perform workforce forecasting exercises supporting HR Service capability sizing and budgeting
? Analysis of various data points to provide insights, conclusions, and guidance to HR Service leadership
? Research and update best practices within and outside the organization to establish performance benchmark data
? Suggest performance improvement initiatives and support implementation of programs to improve performance
? Database administration in Oracle and MS Access
