SECTION 1.1: Performance contract | OUTPUTS AND RESULTS | ||
Purpose of the role How it supports Operation’s vision, mission and strategy | Take full responsibility for the AR function including communicating with oversea retailers, invoicing, reconciliation, collecting etc. Act as the key person to administrate HSBC net for all offices within the group. Responsible for the month end closing for HK office including data entry of invoices by the appropriate cost center, bank balance reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation and financial reports submission. Monitor and verify the month end closing process and reports for branch offices. Responsible for the management accounts reconciliation and follow up actions. Contact and keep good relationship with bank, auditor, government authorities and tax office. Assist with statutory reporting, external audit and other related financial work. | ||

EXPERIENCE | 3-5 years accounting experience preferable in AR, GL and working under ERP environment | QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION | Bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance Accounting Professional Certification is required (Returnees are welcomed) |
