Think Opportunity in Airbus Defence and Space Secure Land Communications China
Position: Legal Counsel
Department: Airbus DS SLC
Reporting to Head of APAC
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
? Providing support in every aspect of the corporate operations and business activities in China and APAC region.
? Handling corporate filings for WFOE and legal entities in China and APAC region;
? Reviewing business contracts, procurement contracts and other contracts;
? Supporting the teams in commercial/contract negotiations in China and APAC region.
Qualifications Requirements:
? Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in law from well-known Chinese universities;
? 5-8 year foreign enterprise working experience will be preferred;
? Knowledge of Hong Kong law and Korea law are an advantage
? Good English and Chinese writing skills;
? Good communication skills;
? Good time management skills;
? Able to handle multi-tasks;
? Sharp learning curve and strong willingness to learn.
