职位描述：
Major activities and accountabilities:
1. Safety
? The maintenance manager is the first responsibility of the maintenance strategy team safety. Responsible for the entire team under the leadership of the technical manager. Lead the team to strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the company. Continuously improve the safety awareness of the whole team.
? The maintenance manager convene and chair the group safety monthly meeting, analyze the current month safety indicators completion situation, communicate the platform safety topics and suggestions between the group of employees, responsible for the safety of the team-level education, encourage employees to make rationalization proposals and NC.
? The maintenance manager should seriously implement the company’s safety procedures and all safety measures, organize the team’s safety activities and involved in the safety exercise of the whole plant.
? Participate in the on duty team and maintenance on duty team, do well communication, coordinate the emergency disposal and maintenance work during on duty.
? Complete the monthly department PGI action and report, participate in the related accident/ incident investigation, tracking the improvement measures.
2. Daily Management
o To effectively manage technical expert team to give support to site maint. Team which includes: electricity, instrument, automation, overhaul coordination, reliability, maintenance system.
o Follow the requirement of Chinese regulations and *** safety rules and procedures to organize and implement maintenance work.
o Set up project rules at platform level.
o In charge of platform reliability management job and lead for long-term reliability action plan.
o In charge of platform SCS management
o In charge of dedicated overhaul coordination.
o Set up related maintenance strategy management rule
o Set up related maintenance & inspection management rule for related rotation equipment, electrical & instrument, automation control equipment.
o In charge of SP creation and fixed assets creation.
o In charge of PM task creation and approval.
o Set up technical documents update rule.
o Set up project proposal for dedicated MOC.
o Approve for related big MOC proposal and participate into FAT and SAT.
o In charge of MOC closure quality.
o Follow up requirement for AIMs.
o Collect equipment management best practice and new techonology and promote.
o In charge of design review for new project
o Set up platform REX system.
o In charge of training to site maint. Team.
o In charge of platform measurement/calibration system setting up and follow up.
o In charge of predictive maintenance tool follow up
o Support site maint. Team for trouble shooting
o Supply the technical measures to persist to improve the effectiveness of equipment.
o Related regulation and code collection for Technical department.
o In charge of high voltage substation management (110KV & 6.3KV)
o Participate into new project.
o Support ACE ShangHai team for technical proposal review or consultant for new projects
o Support sister company for MI & reliability and CMMS setting up
o Responsible for 5S management for responsible area.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.University degree or equivalent in chemical mechanical or Engineering
2. English fluent and easy to understand technical documents
3.To be a helpful to have engineering experience.
4.10 years working experiences in Chemical plant or Chemical Mechanical plant including 3 years experience in managing the equipment inspection.
