Major Responsibilities:
? Act as project lead on local implementation of Taleo system and partner with Global HR and service vendors & Taleo in implementing system enhancements, patches and configurations along with testing and troubleshooting technical issues
? Monitor daily feeds between SAP & Taleo and partner with service vendors to address and rectify feed issues along with recommending and implementing process improvements
? Monitor recruitment system integrations within Taleo and address/rectify issues with appropriate internal departments and vendors - career sites, eQuest, agency portal, onboarding portal and reference check system
? Generate & distribute monthly Taleo audit reports to local Talent Acquisition to ensure data integrity for scorecards and corporate regulations
? Project lead on implementation of Jobs2Web - a tool used to source active and passive candidate through SEO, job boards, XML feeds, widgets and employee referrals.
? Generate reports through the Jobs2Web dashboard and analytics tool to obtain and analyze data around visitors, applies and hires by source, geography and other job dimensions
? Actively partner with various internal departments and vendors to improve reporting and recruitment processes; for example
? Build and maintain the Talent Acquisition 5 step recruitment process document which provides step by step details from creating a requisition to a new hires first day of employment
? Evaluate, recommend and implement optimizations to recruitment systems and processes
? Manage metrics and reporting for all local Talent Acquisition
? Develop metric analysis reports and performance scorecards to measure recruiter workload, quality of hire, diversity, time to fill, headcount and costs per hire
? Design, modify, validate and generate standardized and ad-hoc reports for Talent Acquisition, senior management, internal clients, business partners and vendors
? Distribute monthly hiring manager, new hire and internal transfer satisfaction surveys and generate reports and analyze survey results
? Design and facilitate various recruitment process training sessions for local Talent Acquisition team to address and rectify issues/questions related to the recruiting processes and systems
? Build and maintain local Talent Acquisition & Management SharePoint site
? Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

Qualification Requirement:
? Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration or above
? At least 5-year successful experience as super user in recruiting system, Taleo is preferred
? Good command of MS office, Access and Project
? Proficiency in both spoken and written English
? Project Management experience
