Responsibilities:
1. Well understand A&P budget by product and by project. Monitor A&P budget, commitment and spending by project and by phasing.
2. Work closely with related party (marketing, procurement, sales, etc), continuous improve A&P proposal and evaluation process. Provide monthly summary report according to evaluation results; give constructive recommendation to improve investment effectiveness and efficiency.
3. Improve on-trade investment process. Standardize monitoring report on quarterly basis. Strengthen YOY analysis by outlets.
4. Ensure A&P accrual in line with company A&P provision principle; ensure A&P report submission timely and accurately.
5. Support A&P analysis, inquiry and updated A&P situation to related parties.
6. Assist manager to ensure A&P proper allocation between entities to meet tax requirement.
7. Assist to prepare monthly management financial package.
8. Coordinate internal and external audit, ensure it properly proceed.

Qualification:
1. Degree in Accounting and/ or finance disciplines.
2. Good spoken and written Chinese & English.
3. 5+ years working experience in accounting area of FIEs, with experience of budget / expense control area.
4. Project evaluation experience is preferred.
5. Professional accountancy qualifications.
6. Good understanding of both IFRS and PRC GAAP.
7. Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
8. Good interpersonal and communication skill, team player and result-oriented.
