Responsibilities:
1. Manage and motivate PR, Events and Web Agencies to achieve agreed objectives.
2. Work with the respective product team to develop, co-ordinate & manage PR initiatives for key brands.
3. Develop PR plan that will leverage the strengths of key brand to lift the overall reputation of the company.
4. Depevlop creative Brand Sponsorship programs
5. Manage and build positive relationship with regional and local media.
6. Develop crisis management programs to protect the reputation of the company.
7. Develop, co-ordinate and manage company websites, newsletters and enquiries from the public.
8. Develop PR Tools to measure effectiveness of PR expenditure versus media coverage received, culminating in a PR Evaluation Report after every major event.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Journalism, Communications or Business/Marketing.
2. At least 8 years of successful PR experience in an international PR agency or major MNCs with multiple brands.
3. Excellent Mandarin & English communication skills (both written & spoken)
4. Good speech writing skills.
5. Experience in cultivating media relationship & crisis management.
6. Experience in FMCG or luxury brand industry (preferred)
7. Knowledge of alcohol beverage industry (preferred)
8. Analytical with good problem solving skills
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills
10. Understand the importance of details
11. Able to multi-tasks and work on tight deadlines.
12. Good interpersonal and networking skills.
