Position Objectives:
As BDM at SHTC you are the face of the business. The primary role of a BDM is to grow and manage a portfolio of clients servicing these accounts and forming partnership relationships with these clients and servicing of their account;
Our strategy is to maintain the relationships with our core clients and to develop and grow the account base the business currently services. With an aim to spread these accounts across a variety of market sectors;
Within these accounts we also need to establish a relationship with each level of the business and it is the BDMs responsibility to set up these meetings and then for senior management, mid-level management and the BDM to push each tier of the relationship;
A BDM identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments;
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations;
As a business we want to ‘Under promise and over deliver’ to each of our accounts providing a service to them with flawless precision. Develop new clients and service established portfolio.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
Past sales experience within the industry required;
Good background knowledge of material, manufacturing and industry;
Good contacts list already established within the industry

Quality Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Ensure the quality of all products and parts that you work on, before and after;
Maintain any equipment in a manner which ensures continuing quality standards are met;
Contribute to customer satisfaction at every opportunity – interact well with customers when communicating with them;
