职责: 有效管理整个湿混加工包括原料配制，混合和热处理，确保所生产产品和过程满足或超出公司政策，目标和要求。
？ 主要工作职责及内容:
？ 项目阶段
- 协助部门经理招聘员工。
- 有效的新员工培训以确保在PQ前有足够的能力独立操作湿混设备和系统。
- 领导团队完成所有设备与调试和IQ/OQ/PQ相关的工作。
- 负责准备湿混工序标准操作程序的制定。
？ 带领当班湿混团队按照生产计划及时提供良好质量的产品并完成要求的产量。
？ 有效管理原料称量，预制和投料以确保液体混合料中精确的营养组分控制。
？ 有效监控工艺过程和参数并提前采取必要行动以确保精确的过程控制。
？ 分析物料使用偏差分析以减少损耗。
？ 负责当班生产数据和问题的总结并执行良好的换班交接。
？ 指导下属员工进行有效的清洁消毒工作以确保所负责区域良好的清洁消毒状态。
？ 审核当班生产纪录以确保所有工艺过程记录的及时，准确和完整。
？ 发起持续改进项目以改进湿混工艺的质量，效率，成本和安全。
？ 监控工艺过程，有效开展质量偏差调查并及时完成整改。
？ 确保当班所有活动符合GMP要求。
？ 协助部门经理管理易耗品库存的制定并有效控制费用。
？ 年度目标的制定和有效执行下属员工绩效评估。
？ 在所管辖区域监督和维护良好的EHS操作和工作环境以确保员工的工作安全。
？ 员工招聘，培训，辅导和发展下属员工以实现设定战略和目标。
？ 建立并保持良好的跨部门关系。

8． 职位具体要求:

？ 行业经验: 乳品，饮料，制药或化工行业，有液体处理加工经验优先。


？ 岗位经验: 至少3年制造管理经验。


？ 语言能力：熟练的英语口语和书写能力。


？ 电脑能力: 熟练掌握MS Office。


？ 出差要求: 工作地点在浙江省嘉兴。


？ 所需专业证书: N/A


？ 其它特殊要求:
- 了解GMP和HACCP。
- 熟悉精益制造和Six Sigma
？ Major Responsibilities/Activities:
？ During the project phase
- Support department on hiring of new staffs.
- Implement effective training to new staffs to keep sure they have enough competency to run the wet processing equipment and system independently before PQ
- Lead shift team to finish all required activities commissioning and IQ/OQ/PQ.
- Responsible for preparation of all precedures of wet process operation.
？ Lead the shift wet process team to finish reqired volume with good quality and on time based on the production schedule.
？ Effectively control the batch material dispensing, make up and tipping to ensure the accurate nutrient content control in liquid mix.
？ Effectively monitor the processing parameter and take action in advance to ensure the accurate process control.
？ Conduct the material usage variance analysis to minimise the loss.
？ Responsibel for all shift production data and issue summary and effective shift handover.
？ Direct subordinates to effectively implement cleaning and sanitizing program to maintain clean and sanitary conditions of reponsible working area.
？ Review shift production record to ensure completeness, timeliness and accuracy of the record.
？ Initiating Continuous Improvement project to improve the quality, efficiency, cost control and safety of wet processing operation.
？ Closely monitoring the processing, effectively implement the quality deviation investigation and implement the corrective action in committed time.
？ Ensure consistent compliance to GMP in designated areas of responsibilities.
？ Assist department manager on consumable inventory management and spending control.
？ Annual objective setting and conducingt effective annual appraisal of subordinates.
？ Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions and practices to assuring the safety of all personnel in desiganated areas of responsibilities.
？ Recruting, training, coaching and developing the subordinates to achieve targeted strategies and goals.
？ Maintain good working relationship accross the organisation.

8． REQUIREMENTS:

？ Industry experiences: Dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry, the experience of liquid processing is preferred


？ Position experiences: Minimum 3 years manufacturing management experience


？ Language Skills：Fluent both in written and oral English


？ Computer Skills: Familiar with MS Office


？ Mobility: Work location in Jia Xin, Zhe Jiang province


？ Certificate Required: N/A


？ Other Special requirement:
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
