职位描述

Lead shift team to deliver business target and production plan.
Manage team performance to achieve plant KBI target, including but not only limited to SDR, PDR, TDQ, cost, MUV, PU/FTE,etc.
Stick to standard procedure, eliminate any violation in process.
Seeking development points and deliver continuous improvement
Lead by Example
Be responsibility for all production areas and take role as production manager in needs
EHS:? Comply with Company role and local code
? Responsibility for leading excellent EHS performance and activity
Quality:? Responsibility for work shop's GMP
? Quality culture and concept are embedded deeply through daily activities.
? Stick to company procedure, and hold any questionable product for further QA's investigation.
? Integrity and effect in communication
Cost:? Ingredient consumption tracing and material usage variance control, find root cause and implement corrective/ preventive actions
? Identify cost saving initiative and participate cost-driven project
? Prepare team budget and manage team expense within control,
Capacity:? Identify opportunity to improve process capacity
? Systematically arrange Equipment maintenance plan to significantly reduce facility downtime.
? Adequate usage of resource to improve efficiency and reduce change over
? Initiate CAPEX budget plan, and involve in detail workshop design to deliver an efficient and error-proof process.
Capability: Production schedule control and volume completion
? Analysis production process and reduce the gap with the target
? People management and be competent for any vacancy position
? Draft production report and closely monitor department's KPI.
? Develop people career plan and carry out training plan.
? Prefer 7~10 years working experience in supervisor position. Food industry working experience is a plus.
