职位描述

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB (BRIEF SUMMARY)
To provide strategic financial accounting and analysis support to business with double solid reporting lines to Finance Director and GM .
Manage monthly and quarterly closing and maintaining an accurate, timely and relevant reporting process that ensures key analytics and measures are available and known to management.
Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, local statutory requirements, sales/Corporate tax, SOX and local legal/BCS requirements Performing ad hoc requests regarding the joint venture.
Partner with FP&A toward business strategy development and identifying opportunities for improved business performance.



MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees all accounting procedures and systems used by the Company.
Contributes to the achievement of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial accounting strategy and performance.
Coordinate and manage year-end audits including drafting of any financial statements required for the joint venture.
Supports the GMin the preparation of financial reports and budgets, including income statements, balance sheets, any tax returns and reports for Government regulatory agencies.
Meet with the Finance Director and GM regularly to keep them informed financial performance and to offer direction.

Review monthly and quarter closing reports and analyze projections of sales and income against actual figures and suggests methods of improving the planning process.
Liaison with internal and external auditors to ensure that all documentation required for audit review is accurate and complete for the joint venture.
Coach and develop JV finance team (Currently lead 4 accountants) and ensure their financial capabilities aligned with business fast growing needs.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
Accounting or Finance or Business
Finance Accounting certification/ CPA

JOB EXPERIENCE
5 to 8 years experiences in Accounting
At least 4+ years experiences in a supervisory and/or management capacity with a multinational corporation and/or major accounting firm.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Strong interpersonal skills
Good communication skills with a particular strength in English.
Ability to work within a matrix organization
Strong knowledge of and familiarity with U.S. GAAP.
Good understanding of internal controls.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Travel (20-25%)
