职位描述
Lead and manage HW team to fulfill the following tasks:
Hardware Research and Development for Security products, such as Camera/Dome/Streamer/DVR/NVR/PIT/Matrix.
Participate in all stages of development from requirements analysis, through feature development, detail design and all the process under a tight release deadline. <BR>Analyze and simulate the performance of the design for the application.
Verify that the design meets Design for Manufacturability and Testability guidelines and achieves the cost and reliability targets.
Provide technical support to factory, commercial team and customers.
Continuously improve product quality by driving design process and compliance with CMMI
In the same time, will also do people management related work, including, Talent retention;
Yearly target setting and performance evaluation; Talent pipeline build up;
Skills
Solid skills on lens and Sensor performance;
Solid skills on Analog and Digital Circuit Design and Debug;
Solid skills on use one of EDA tools, such as Mentor/Cadence;
Solid skills on High-Speed signals design, such as SATA/PCI-E;
Solid skills on Hardware EMC design;
Experienced in team management and project management
Experience in assemble and Verilog HDL language
Experience in embedding RISC processor platform development, such as ARM/PowerPC/MIPS;
Experience in TI Davinci/Ambarella platform development is plus;
Experience in Video surveillance products development is major plus;
Excellent English writing/Reading and fluent in Oral English;
Qualification
Bachelor/Master degree in Automation Control/EE or other related major;
More than 8 years of experience on Hardware Engineer;
Good Sense of Teamwork, Proactive on daily work;
Interested in working in fast paced, global business environment
Self motivated and team oriented personality
