人力资源顾问（猎头顾问/猎头咨询专员)
工作内容
1。根据客户的招聘委托， 收集和发掘市场的相关信息， 寻找合适的候选人, 完成客户的委托项目。
2。对候选人进行专业面试， 评估候选人， 完成面试报告。
3。与候选人及客户建立及维持良好的沟通关系。
4。管理和维护人才数据库。
5。控制咨询服务流程的质量。
任职要求：
1。对人力资源咨询行业充满热情，良好的职业道德，能承受有压力的工作环境。
2。大专以上学历。
3。有外资企业工作经验, 特别是在人事、采购、计划、物流、生产、质量或市场营销部门有2-3年经验。
4。英语良好者优先。
