职位描述
Position Focus: ? Review and coordinate all financials reporting in AP
? Support China Finance Controller to provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis of business performance for decision making at the country level. This includes revenue, margin, fixed cost variance analysis, customer profitability, and working capital performance with specific emphasis on debtor management.
? Ensure integrity of data and timeliness of reporting processes.
? Implement global reporting, systems and processes.
? Ensure the integrity of internal controls that business and financial processes.
? Drive and lead key financial processes such as reporting, budgets, and financial forecasts. Must be able to prepare Budget and Forecast and be able to analyze the variances from actual results precisely.
Scope: Works closely with plant Finance team; able to take action independently based upon knowledge and understanding of Lear policies, principles and local laws and customs
Education: ? Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting is a Must.
? Good communication skill in English writing and reading and speaking.
Experience:
? 5+ years Finance Analyst experience for a FIE(in manufacturing environment) is a Must.

Ability to work in a highly productive, constantly changing environment.
