职位描述：
1、Manage logistics information flow in warehouse, make sure it is consistent with the materials flow to achieve better internal and external customer service.
        管理信息流，确保信息流和实物流相一致，实现更好的内、外部顾客服务；
2、Communicate and coordinate with various functions, such as Production dept, Planning dept, Quality dept, Distribution team, Third party Warehouse, Shipping vendors etc., to plan and arrange materials supplying or delivering on time.
       通过和不同职能部门进行沟通协调来计划和安排物料按时供应或交付；
3、Manage inventory of unrestricted using, quarantine, partial, rejected, returned, write-off, government controlled, JIT and third party, deal with abnormal circumstances such as damage, shortage and inventory adjustment etc.to ensure good GMP and BMS internal control compliance.
        管理可用、待验、不合格、退货、报废、政府监管和JIT及第三方仓库库存，处理异常情况例如破损、短缺和盈亏调整等，确保良好的GMP和财务内控符合性；
4、Balance cost and benefit to make continuous improvment on working procedures.
        平衡成本和收益来进行工作流程持续改进；
5、Receive various audits such as BMS internal finance and GCA, and FDA's GMP；Archive the origional documents and business supportive documents for every kind of audits.
        接待各种审计，例如BMS财务内控审计和GMP审计以及药监局GMP审计；整理保管好业务相关的原始记录和支持性文档备查；
6、Training new, rotation or back up personnel on relevant business.
        对新进人员、轮岗人员或备份人员进行相关业务培训;
7、Complete related reports.
        完成相关工作报告、报表；
8、Complete other temporary projects or assigned tasks.
        完成其它临时项目或交办任务。
1、With pharmaceutical logistics knowledge and working experience.
        具有医药物流知识和工作经验；
2、Good mastery of SAP and other MIS
       熟练使用SAP系统和其它相关管理系统
3、Good mastery of Office software
       熟练使用微软办公软件
4、With good communication and problem solving skills, teamwork player and innovative.
        具有良好的沟通和解决问题及团队合作、创新的能力；
5、With good learning ability and self-motivated.
