- Inspection Planning: collect evidence and analyze sales data; select distributor and POC samples;
督查计划：收集资料并分析销售数据；选择检查的经销商及门店
- Set up inspection plan
制定督查计划
- Inspection Execution: track status through internal meeting
督查计划的执行：通过内部会议及调查检查执行情况
- Inspection reporting: collect and consolidate inspection report ; submit report to Inspection Head, China MD, Zone Process/Control Director
督查情况汇报：收集及整理督查报告；提交报告至管理层
- Lead inspection team to implement execution
指导督查团队实施督查执行
- Key Issue follow-up
关键问题跟进
- Communicate with management team to settle disputes
与管理层沟通以解决争议

Job Requirement/工作要求：

- Bachelor degree and above;
本科或以上学历
- English is advantage but not a must;
有英语能力者优先考虑
- Sales process knowledge is required; Finance knowledge is advantage;
有销售流程知识；且有财务经验优先考虑
- Strong plannning skills;
良好的计划能力
- Strong analytical skills;
良好的分析技巧
- Good communication skills;
良好的沟通能力
- Strong ownership and can think out of box;
