C. Employee business card application & coordination
D. Employee seating plan & cubicle maintenance
E. Car & hotel booking
F. Contact @Indigo Property Management (damage repair, policy announcement and follow-ups)
G. Invitation letter for China visa application
H. Travel agency coordination : follow the Nuance travel policy (appropriate pre-approvals, LLF, etc.)
