Responsibilities
? Production line design include layout, key equipment choose and investment, work cell setting, production cycle time checking, leaning curve 生产线设计包括布局,关键设备选购,工作单元设定,生产标准工时检查,学习周期提产
? Process continuous improve, research world-wide professional process and realize it to improve productivity工艺持续改进,调查世界范围相关的专业工艺并在公司实现,提高生产性
? Build self-inspection, process control and hold point quality control, make process disciplinary inspection tour regularly at workshop to prevent operation mistake, improve process to realize minimum QC at workshop. Implement WPS and training welders, improve welding quality at workshop建立自检,工艺控制和暂停点质量控制,定期进行现场工艺纪律检查来防止操作错误,改进工艺以实现车间QC最少化.检查执行焊接工艺和培训焊工,保证车间的直缝,提高焊接质量
? Support production. Make work instruction keep it shine and easy to understand by new workers, develop manufacturing fixture and set repair process for non-conformity products支持生产.制作作业指导书并保证现场工艺文件鲜明,新工人易于理解,制作生产工装,设定不合格产品的返修工艺.
? Perform other related duties as assigned. 执行其它相关职责和上级指派的任务
Qualifications
？ Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, or related discipline.学士学位,最好是技术工艺,或相关专业
？ Able to communicate technical specification with engineering and quality.能和技术,质量进行技术规范沟通
？ Familiar with Lean Manufacturing Practices an advantage.熟悉精益生产实践的优先
？ Should be cost conscious, hand on, analytical and a Team Leader.注意成本,亲自动手,善于分析的团队管理者
？ Good command of Communication, English and Mandarin.良好的英语和普通话
？ Able to work under pressure and strong desire to achieve aggressive targets. 压力下工作,完成挑战目标的意愿
