Responsibilities
? Supervising a team of welders;管理焊工队伍
? Assist on establishing the new sensor production lines;协助建立和优化生产线
? Creating and implementing new production procedures;制定和执行新的生产流程
? Conduct training of new staff;对新员工指导培训
? Optimizing production methods;优化生产工艺
? improving X-ray pass rate and leak inspection, solve welding defect and welding quality relevant 提高拍片和氦检漏通过率,解决生产中焊接缺陷和相关质量问题
? Perform other related duties as assigned. 执行其它相关职责和上级指派的任务
Qualifications
(1)In dept knowledge about TIG, MIG, rod welding, SAW, plasma welding;丰富的知识关于氩弧焊,气保焊,手工焊,埋弧焊,等离子焊
(2)Theoretical and practical welding education;理论和实践指导焊接教育
(3)bachelor degree or higher education;本科以上学历
(4)Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience;5~10年的相关工作经验
(5)Work experience from an international company is favorable;国际化团队工作经验
(6)Good English communication skills, both written and orally;良好的英语沟通能力,包括书面和口语.
(7)Good computer skills and experienced within MS Word and Excel;良好的计算机能力
(8)Have a good knowledge within IE;熟知工业工程
(9)Systematic and structured way of working;系统性的工作方法
