Job Description
1.To set up and maintain customer/supplier credit management systems
2.To coordinate with other departments on identifying causes of billing issues in order to improve the billing accuracy
3.Set out the direction on addressing customer queries on billing in order to maintain timely feedback to customers
4.Ensure the billing policy is in place and customers/suppliers are in line with the company credit policy
5.To supervise account receivable condition for KA,SME etc. in order to maintain a good cash flow for the company
6.To monitor the A/R system requirements and enhancements in order to maintain A/R efficiency and ensure timely customer service

Requirement
1.Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting or relevant discipline ,Accounting certification holder will be preferred
2.At least 3 years relevant experience with MNC, preferably in Transportation, Logistics or Airlines
3.Strong analytical skills, attention to details
4.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
5.Good written & spoken English & Chinese
6.Good computer skills
7.Understanding in volume driven and service oriented industry
8.Strong understanding of company's financial standing
