工作目标

管理、带领所辖销售人员开展日常销售服务活动，全面负责所辖客户系统各种过程及结果指标，推动生意的稳步提升和组织架构的发展。

工作职责

1、负责天津华润万家系统及塘沽地区门店管理；

2、带领团队完成公司分配的全年销量目标；

3、负责协助管理现代渠道经销商客户日常工作，经销商日常管理沟通；

4、带领团队成员完成分销/布市/陈列/价格/库存等，完成分销目标；优异执行公司布市、陈列（GMP,COM,MS,MLD）维护合理的公司产品价格梯度；

5、负责协助与主要经销商进行定期生意计划和回顾及行动计划制定跟进；

6、对所负责客户进行日常沟通，100%严格执行签署的合同；

7、对所负责的门店进行日常的拜访及沟通以及理货工作；
8、定期对下属员工进行日常管理、培训、辅导、跟进；

9、团队人员凝聚，激励，营造良好的团队氛围，提升战斗力。

Incumbent Requirements 该职位具体要求

1、具备大专及以上学历，3年及以上重点客户管理（KA）及经销商管理操作经验；

2、具备良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧；

3、良好的计算机运用能力，熟练运用Word、Excel、PPT；
4、熟悉当地主要消费品零售市场，良好的客户开发管理能力及客情建立；

5、具备积极主动, 良好的团队合作精神，优秀的政策执行能力，良好的竞争意识，具备抗压力；

6、极正向，能快速融入团队，对自身职业规划清晰，具备强烈的上进心

7、具有带领团队管理经验者优先考虑。
