工作职责
"
"1.According to department objectives and BMS/SASS managerial requirements, allocate warehouse on spot resources, make sure the Warehouse operating is safe and efficient while keeping the spot orderly and tidy.
    根据部门目标和公司管理要求，合理调度仓库现场资源，确保仓库操作安全，有效，并保持现场整洁有序
2.Perform on spot supervising, instructing and training to ensure operation accuracy, safety and efficiency as well as meet various compliance requirements, including GMP, EHS and FIN. 做现场工作监督及指导、培训，使仓库操作工作准确、安全、有效，并且满足各种符合性要求，包括GMP、EHS和财务； Maintain warehouse facilities in good condition. 使仓库设施、设备保持良好状态； Handle abnormal cases and make improvements or escalate to reasonable level
处理现场异常情况并优化改进或合理升级
3.Continuously review and develop appropriate procedures and work instructions on warehouse spot management to meet the internal and external customer demands. And meet the requirements of Biopharma Culture
    对仓库现场管理流程做不断地持续改进，满足内、外部客户变化的要求，满足生物制药文化要求
4.Set up the objectives of subordinates, delegate work loads of subordinates, monitor and evaluate performance of subordinates, communicate and feedback to subordinates in their daily work when necessary
    设定下属人员工作目标，调度、安排下属人员工作，对下属人员做绩效评价和日常管理沟通
5.Enforce company policies, safety regulations and disciplines in daily working.
    管理下属人员遵守厂纪厂规、劳动纪律、安全法规、安全操作规程等
6.Provide necessary supports to subordinates' development.
    支持下属职业发展
7.Keep appropriate relationship with peer departments and coordinate cross departments’ operating issues.
    与横向部门之间建立良好的沟通关系，协调处理相应的跨部门操作事务
8.Complete other assignments given by superior
     完成领导其他交办任务

"Experiences Desired
相关工作经验要求
"
"1.5 years or above logistics experience in Pharmaceutical or similar companies
    有医药企业或类似企业五年以上物流工作经验
2. 3 years or above more than three year management experience
     三年以上人员管理工作经验
3.Rich experience in safety management and with good safety awareness
    具有良好安全意识及安全管理经验"

"Educational/Knowledge Desired (including professional qualifications & language proficiency)
必要的学历和专业资格，含语言能力
"
"1.College degree or above
   大专及以上学历
2.Have an excellent ability to listen, speak, read and write in both English and Chinese
   具有良好的中英文听说读写能力
3.With profound logistics knowledge and acquires pharmaceutical logistics knowledge after relevant training
   具有深度的物流知识，培训后具有医药物流知识
