Key Responsibilities
-Business Opportunity Development
● To drive the Horeca business channel for L&S products
● To develop the private customers for Bruichaddich
● To identify and drive 2 flagship accounts for Cointreau, Bruichladdich & Mount Gay respectively in the region
● To constantly look for business opportunities and propose specific recommendations and action plans
-Distribution Network Management
● Develop the distribution network ( consists of bar suppliers)
● Identify the T1 for the L&S products in the region and for each major city adequate T2 to cover both horeca business and private customer business
● Accuracy in sales forecast
● Maintain reasonable trade stock level
-Sales Account Management
● To work closely with the marketing team to develop new and creative promotional ideas to drive distribution and market presence
● To implement the agreed strategies driven from the brand plans to achieve the volume target
● To maintain excellent relationship with key decision makers and the leading bartenders of the Top bars
● To negotiate national contracts where applicable with international accounts with regard to listings, pouring contracts, minibar’s listings and promotions
● Monthly track of the brand’s penetration ( No of outlet gain and volume )
-Market Intelligence
● To monitor market changes and trends
● To assess key competitors’ activities regularly
Education:
University graduate in Business/Marketing/Management or equivalent
Language Skills:
Excellent communication skills (English & Chinese)
Professional Experience :
● Min 8 years’ experience with Spirits company, min 2 years in Horeca channel
● Overseas experience or Bartendering skill is a plus
Knowledge
● Knowledge in spirits market, brand specifications and competitor products
● Understands the Horeca channel

● Well organized with good analytical skills
● Good skills in presentation, communication, negotiation and planning
