Job Description:
To purchase and maintain the supply of goods and services including:
1) The purchase of goods and in line with the terms and conditions of supply agreements
2) Negotiating with suppliers in line with approval levels
3) Ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services to the business
4) Constantly reviewing operational procurement procedures, policies and systems to meet business requirements
5) Ensuring that all procurement complies with Company policy
To work effectively with suppliers/contractors to develop and maintain a sound network of supply partnerships. This is achieved through planning, developing and building vendor relationships in accordance with standard Quant Service Supply Chain Management practices.

Key Challenges:
1) Ensure a safe work environment and compliance to all OHS&E regulations and standards
2) Execute purchase requisitions in an accurate, timely manner to ensure the smooth running of the Quant Service’s maintenance organization
3) Execute work practices within defined quality parameters.
4) Develop & maintain a sound network of supply partnerships to complement the needs of the maintenance organisation
5) Change culture to improve effective/efficient operation
6) Negotiation and management of certain material supply contracts defined by SCM strategy
7) Development of initiatives with vendors to reduce the total cost of ownership for Quant Service and the customer

Job Requirements:
1) At least 3 years’ experience working in an engineering role preferably in pulp and paper industry. Procurement experience is a great advantage.
2) Familiar with national standard of measurement method
3) Experience on engineering parts and services purchasing contract terms
4) Experience with procurement module of ERP systems is an advantage
5) Able to develop & maintain a sound network of supply partnerships to complement the needs of the maintenance organization
6) Able to draft and translate contract to both Mandarin and English 举报 分享
