职位描述：
Position responsibilities:
1、Establish and enhance long-term business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth.
2、Supervise the team’s merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
3、Provide advice and suggestions on product design to meet customers’ buying objectives.
4、Supervise the team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency.
5、Research and identify suitable product and market trends.
6、Understand the customer needs and requirements, working with purchasing department to develop an effective sourcing strategy.
7、Manage day to day merchandising process from sourcing, product development, order allocation/scheduling strategic, vendor management, cost and budget control and coaching the team members to ensure cross-functional relationships.
8、Interact with development design team and vendors.
9、Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements
1、Experience in Trade company and Overseas Marketing.
2、Diploma or International economy and trade or related discipline preferred,
minimum 7 years' relevant experience.
3、Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process.
4、Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded.
5、Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
6、Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
7、Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin,literate in Microsoft office programs,and occasional travel is required.
