职位描述：
Key Responsibility:
1. Lead respective sub-process team / manage employees along people leadership standards
2. Monitoring and organization of respective sub-process activities in line with CSC & Company - Standards Knowledge of sub-process / trade-lane / customer specifics (e.g. SOPs)
3. Ensure quality, productivity of service delivery
4. Superior handling and clarification of complaints
5. Support of quality assurance measures to meet or exceed specified Service Level Agreement
6. Resolution of issues on operational level
7. To identify training needs; organize and prepare training materials to ensure high quality standard and improvement in working standards and systems
8. Drive Service-oriented and Result-oriented culture
9. Well allocate resources within team, Offer professional leadership to direct reports;
10. Ability to influence and convince others in a way that results in acceptance and agreement, support direct reports in personal and career development
11. Establish the well cooperation relationship with other team or Business Partners
12. Report and feedback to Direct line Manager regularly, escalate of irregularities to Direct line Manager
13. To take up additional task assigned by Direct line Manager or Management
                                                                                
Qualifications :
1. Expertise in the area of ocean freight document processing in freight forwarding / shipping line industry
2. Accept and Demonstrate company value: Value Creation, Openness, Integrity, Commitment and Excellence
3. Good Team work and communication ability & time management ability
4. Fit in English working environment，is able to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines
5. Flexible to deal with the demand of customers.
6. Have Shared Service Center relevant experience is better.
