职位描述：
Key Responsibility:
1. SLA adherence: Ensure productivity, KPI adherence and quality control
2. Standardization: Align processes and respective products with CSC & Company Standards
3. Ensure up-to-date, accurate process document.
4. Performance management: Continuously manage productivity and improve delivery, drive and support CIP projects, enable service culture
5. Resolve disputes within product related processes
6. Offer professional leadership to direct reports, support direct reports in personal and career development
7. To oversee, monitor and be accountable for all daily operations of team members and ensure compliance within guidelines and Company’s policies and procedures
8. To participate where and when necessary and assist supervisors in the daily operation
9. To identify training needs; organize and prepare training materials in collaboration with superiors and supervisors to ensure high quality standard and improvement in working standards and systems
10. Review and verify accuracy of shipment and irregularities reports
11. Review, measure, and update on standards of carriers and make proposals to superiors when necessary to attain consistent highest standard and quality services
12. Monitor approved proposed improvement / changes on procedures and systems made by supervisors
