职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 按照海运出口文件的标准操作流程制作海运出口货代提单
2. 及时发送提单补料给船公司, 制作并核对船东提单
3. 及时发送提单样本和账单给客户核对，确保提单和账单的准确无误
4. 及时做好出口舱单的预申报，以及发送相关材料和信息给船公司以及目的港分公司等相关部门
5. 主动完成主管分配的其它工作任务
6. 及时向主管汇报工作情况、特殊事件


任职资格：
1. 了解货运代理、物流或是外贸行业的相关知识；
2. 了解并认同公司的操作流程、价值观；
3. 具备良好的团队合作精神、沟通能力以及时间管理能力；
4. 适应英文的办公环境；
5. 能灵活的处理客户的需求；
6. 能熟练运用办公软件，细心谨慎；
7. 大专及以上学历；
8. 国际贸易，报关与货代，英语等相关专业优先，其他专业英语运用能力佳者亦可。 举报 分享
