Retail Trainer

In this exciting position your key tasks include:

- Conception, creation and implementation of training modules (online/offline) for the retail academy e.g. customer service excellence, product and range trainings, train-the–trainer, etc.
- Training and coaching of our sales staff, the head of training in our retail sector as well as trading partners
- Regional adaptation and revision of training materials and documents
- Responsible for the Asia Pacific Regions.


Your background includes:

- Formal trainer education and/ or coaching certificate
- Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in the textile- or fashion industry, in the area of product- and behavioral training
- Degree in business administration, psychology, media/communicational design, or a comparable education
- High-qualified skills in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Analytic and conceptual intellectual power
- High level of communication- and presentation skills, assertiveness
- Didactical skills and high social competencies
- Willingness to travel 50%
- First experiences in conception of e-learning projects are welcome
- Very good skills in Powerpoint
- Intercultural awareness
- Strong presentations skills
- Interpersonal skill
- Experienced in public speaking
