职位描述
1、负责电视节目采集、制作、包装、合成，录制时移节目。
2、进行片头、片尾、片花设计及特效剪辑，对最终译制完成的片子进行审核。
3、负责节目译制工作。包括字幕翻译及配音工作；将收录时移或者购置的
外文节目进行字幕翻译或柬文配音。
4、负责节目收集。从各渠道获得节目信息，与其他部门或厂商进行节目交接，计划及安排节目收录，并对收集到的节目进行内容审核。
5、负责管理节目上架开播。按照制定的节目单，将节目和相应的节目信息在开播系统中上架开播。
6、负责对开播节目进行审核。完成开播之后，在播出平台上对开播的节目进行检查，避免因上架、开播不当而造成的播出问题。
7、协助电视开播系统的维护。在日常的使用中，协助技术部门维护开播系统，对于开播系统出现的问题，需及时与技术部门沟通并获得解决，以免影响开播系统正常运作。
8、负责播出平台页面的内容板块进行设计、规划和管理。
9、负责播出平台操作界面的UI设计，通过优化页面设计，提供优质的用户体验，提升公司的产品价值。
岗位要求
1、本科以上学历，有5年以上电视媒体或视频网站节目制作经验，熟练掌握新闻资讯、影视、娱乐节目内容的制作；
2、了解主流视频编辑软件以及各类格式的片源从制作到成品的完整技术；
3、有责任和担当，注重节目品质，能指导和培育柬籍员工掌握基本的节目编辑及制作技能。
4、能适应长期在东盟国家出差。
