Responsibilities

- Develop prospective loan customer via own sources within the target markets and follow up leads provided by SMO to achieve sales targets set by management in a professional manner while fulfilling compliance requirements

- Perform customer KYC and preliminary due diligence (ie. RACs)

- Manage hand-over process of potential customers to Farmer in a professional manner

- Collect/convey referrals/market information and customer needs to SMO and sales management to follow-up and develop further sales opportunities

-Provide information on prospective customers to the pipeline system to track the progress, results and reasons for success/ failure


Requirements

- 大专以上学历，具备1年销售,市场推广或企业推广经验者将作优先考虑
- 普通话流利，会本地方言者优先考虑
- 性格外向，主动积极
- 有责任感，承压能力强，有较强沟通和学习能力
- 拥有中小企业银行经验者优先考虑
