Position: Assistant Facilities Manager
Report to: Regional Store Planning Manager
Location : Beijing

Job Responsibilities：

- Assist the Store Planning team to develop building services systems designs, such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning, smoke control,electrical, fire service, and plumbing and drainage systems for all store projects;
- Handle all the store maintenance and back of house facilities control and management issues;
- Handle necessary coordination with landlords, contractors, retail operation teams for all Electrical & Mechanical and Back of House Facilities management issues;
- Prepare, manage and control all budget and tendering procedures related to Electrical & Mechanical and Back of House Facilities management issues;
- Monitoring the shop opening schedule plan be respected;
- Check the quality of the decoration and furniture according to the technical guideline, support shop opening final check
- Provide the additional drawings for the store projects per required.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Regional Store Planning Manager

Requirements

- College Degree or above in Engineering, Architecture, Design or equivalent
- At least 4 years design and/or technical drawing experience using design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.
- At least 4 years experience in retail shop design and decoration;
- Knowledge in Shop Layout
- Knowledge in local regulations is a must
- Highly organized, ability to work under pressure, team player and target oriented
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Available for business trip
