Duties and responsibilities:
1. Handle monthly payroll and labour administrative duties, including employment contract probation, renewal monitor ;
2. Handle employee relations issues;
3. Assist in recruiting;
4. Manage HR system, employee files and update of HR shared folders;
5. Prepare monthly reports for region in charge (headcount report, AL & OT record, monthly cost, payroll and commission breakdown, organization chart etc.);
6. Handle office management activities and reception;
7. Participate in ad hoc and other HR related projects as assigned.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, with major in human resources, business administration or relevant area;
2. 2 years or above working experience in HR field;
3. Good knowledge in MS application;
4. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English;
5. Hard-working and team work spirit.
