熟悉J2EE架构，熟悉java编程技术，对J2EE基础应用框架体系的研究有着浓厚的兴趣
熟练使用Struts2、Spring等开源框架，对开源软件有着浓厚兴趣，对技术有执着的追求
熟练掌握HTML, CSS, Javascript，掌握Ajax的基本概念和基本技术。
熟练使用Eclipse等开发工具的开发。
熟悉Tomcat、WebSphere等应用服务器。
掌握面向对象分析和设计的基本概念和基本方法。
了解WebService接口开发。
了解Unix/Linux系统。
了解ORACLE 数据库
