Responsibilities and Duties:

l  Support in the scope of brand communication, events, promotions, sponsorship and advertising.

l  Event planning and execution, providing event briefing, direction and creative strategies to vendors, capable of fresh ideas and closely follow market trend; align with retail / CRM team for event schedule, execution and result management; align with headquarter for direction and details approval; event including branding event pop up store, new product launch party, etc., commercial event trunk shows, in-store activation, and store opening, etc.  

l  Identify promotion opportunity and plan promotion arrangement for retail stores, including landlord wechat, OOH @ malls, collaboration projects, etc.

l  Build up and maintain close relationship with landlord.

l  Provide media briefing, direction and creative strategies to advertising agencies, well manage communication and related execution.

l  Plan, control and monitor advertising and event budget, payment follow up.

l  Reporting & proposal preparation.

l  Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.

 

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

l  Bachelor degree or above with major in communications or management preferred.

l  Minimum 3 years communications or events management experiences in related industry or agencies.

l  Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.

l  Willing to learn, able to work under pressure, pay attention to details

l  Multi-task.
