Responsibilities

岗位职责

• Develop new suppliers that company business needs special for single source portion;
• 为单一来源部分开发公司业务需要的新供应商；
• Assist Sales and quotation department to get relevant supplier chain resource and competitive price to develop the new customers and win the new project;
• 协助销售报价部获取相关的供应链资源和有竞争力的价格，开发新客户，赢得新项目；
• Pricing negotiation with suppliers to achieve saving budgets to support customer and company cost improving requests;
• 与供应商进行价格谈判，以节省预算，以支持客户和公司的成本改进要求；
• Assist in transfer business capture and getting business protection from supplier;
• 协助转移业务捕获并从供应商处获得业务保护；
• Drive BIZ & demand creation activity by lines, Follow up and support key demand creation projects;Build multi-level relationship with suppliers and Co-ordinate business review with supplier;
• 推动业务和需求创造活动，跟进和支持关键的需求创造项目；与供应商建立多层次关系，并与供应商协调业务审查；
• Review and communicate market research including category, competitor, and trend information;Establish Key Relationship Matrix and enhance communication between key contacts in related function; Develop key category/supply chain profiles to exploit strategic advantages;
• 审查和沟通市场研究，包括品类、竞争对手和趋势信息；建立关键关系矩阵，加强相关职能部门关键联系人之间的沟通；开发关键品类/供应链概况，以发挥战略优势；
• Collaborates with other Sourcing leaders and multiple business partners to ensure ongoing needs are met;Manage and lead activities to improve quality system and performance of supplier base.
• 与其他采购负责人和多个业务合作伙伴合作，确保持续的需求得到满足；管理和领导活动，以改善供应商的质量体系和绩效。

Qualifications

任职要求

• Bachelor degree, engineering background will be preferred.
• 本科学历，工程背景优先。
• Minimum 5 years of experiences with raw material and plating in electronics/Medical /Automotive industry.
• 至少5年电子/医疗/汽车行业的原材料和电镀经验。
• Good knowledge of suppliers and business management .
• 熟悉供应商和业务管理。
• Proactive, organized and multi-tasking achiever.
• 积极主动、有组织、能完成多项任务的人。
• Excellent verbal and written communicator in English and Mandarin
• 优秀的英语和普通话口头和书面沟通能力
• Committed to maintaining high quality standard of work.
