Responsibilities:

    

    

·        Manage small team of IT to support stores and office in China;

    

·        Develop and maintain effective communication with management and end users to understand their needs and systems' requirements;

    

·        Work with the teams to provide solutions, applications, and technical support to stores and business operations;

    

·        Provide advice to regional and HQ IT for solutions implementation in China;

    

·        Liaise with HQ and regional office to deploy and implement global projects;

    

·        Liaise with vendors for outstanding issues, evaluate and implement solutions;

    

·        Ensure and manage the IT related process compliance with SOX;

    

·        Manage IT resources capacities to meet business requirements;

    

·        Support on ad hoc projects.

    

    

    

Requirements:

    

    

·        Good knowledge on related processes and business feature of luxury;

    

·        Good training and presentation communication skills;

    

·        Good at cross-department and people interactions;

    

·        Strong problem-solving, analytical, and trouble-shooting skills;

    

·        Familiar with Microsoft 365, CISCO Meraki, VMWare, Firepower, Ivanti, HP Servers, NAS and retail technologies;

    

·        Knowledge on Microsoft Azure, XStore, Stealth, OBIEE and Oracle DB is a plus;

    

·        At least six years releated experience in retail or luxury fashion industry;

    

·        Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
